◻️ Morphological and sensory characteristics:
 The fruit is heart-shaped with an intense bright green color and covered with fleshy spines; The color of its pulp is white. The taste is a sweet and acidic or semi-acid combination.
◻️ Nutritional properties:
It is an allied fruit to improve the digestive process, due to its fiber content. Soursop is a very good ally for our nervous system and blood pressure; since it contains minerals such as magnesium and potassium, in addition to vitamins such as: C, B1 and B2.
