It is a fruit of a single seed; Pear-shaped, in a mature state the shell has a dark green color. The pulp of the avocado is light green or light yellow; Its flavor is slightly sweet and very creamy texture.
◻️ Nutritional characteristics: :
It is a fruit rich in vitamins such as: B6, B9 and E, the same ones that strengthen the nervous system. This appetizing fruit is also an excellent source of potassium, zinc, iron, magnesium and phosphorus; minerals that act in our brain for better neuronal activity and in muscles for proper relaxation. Avocado is important for good heart health and skin hydration.
